FJAK is the first bean to bar chocolate maker in Norway, using all organic and ethically sourced ingredients. We have selected an assortment from the Limited Edition series as well as the Nordic Collections and anticipate the assortment will evolve as FJAK creates more and more intriguing flavourful bars!

Blackcurrent Crumble White Chocolate
The winner of 3 international awards, the Limited Edition bar is part of The Cake Series of bars, reinterpreting a classic cake into a chocolate bar. A seriously fruity white bar with its rich amount of crumbly inclusions and tart blackcurrents. (gluten free)
Mountain Trip Milk Chocolate
From the Nordic Collection this creamy milk chocolate bar is made with the fruity organic cocoa beans from Dominican Republic.  It complements the natural sweetness of orange & savoury accents of a generous amount of caramelized salted almonds. (gluten free)
Cinnamon Roll Milk Chocolate
One of FJAKS most enjoyed bars, and the winner of a Gold award from the Academy of Chocolate, the Cinnamon Roll is part of the Limited Edition Nordic Specials. Created in celebration of Bergen's famous cinnamon rolls, known as "Skillingsboller", FJAK combines the "Skillingsboller" with milk chocolate from Dominican Republic. It's a must try!
Norwegian Brown Cheese Milk Chocolate
Using cocoa from Haiti and Brun Undredal brown cheese, FJAK says this is their most celebrated bar! The velvety taste of goat milk pairs perfectly with the natural flavours of fine Haitian cacao. A sweet caramel taste with salty and floral nuances. Get this one before it sells out! (gluten free)
Espresso Bar 70% Dark Chocolate
A Limited Edition bar from the World Flavours collection, the Espresso bar is the winner of a Silver award at the 2021 Academy of Chocolate Awards. Feeding their passion for coffee, started with their obsession for Italian café culture, and further enjoyed in the many coffee roasters in Scandinavia, FJAK partners with The Jacu Coffee Roastery in Ålesund, Norway to celebrate their love of both good coffee and excellent chocolate. Thai Chilli 70% Dark Chocolate
As part of the Limited Edition World Series collection, and by popular demand, FJAK explored the combination of chilli and chocolate. By lacing beautiful Thailand cocoa beans from Chanthaburi, with their natural flavour of tropical fruits, with the aromatic heat of Thailands emblematic flavour this bar truly represents a distinct flavour of the world.
Vermouth O'Clock 60% Dark Chocolate
In agreement that vermouth represents the coolest of aperitif culture, this bold & boozy bar is a nod this culture. In Spain, vermouth is served neat, with a slice of orange and an olive. And so that is what you will find included in this bar, as well as a few other flavourful additions!
