Sirene Chocolate has won multiple awards for the Tingo Maria 73% bar year over year since its creation.  Made with the flavourful cacao beans of the Ucayali River Cacao, grown in the Amazon jungle, this bar starts with a caramel flavour that evolves into a full fruity flavour.

Hummingbird Chocolate is a multi-award winning chocolate maker, winning 9 awards for this bar alone, including the Golden Bean in 2016, making it the best bar in the world in that year! We have a soft spot for the hispaniola 70% - it’s a customer favourite, it’s locally made and it’s fantastic on its own as well as when paired with port, red wines, scotch and cheese!

Every one of Qantubars has received a Gold award from the Academy of Chocolate - not something many chocolate makers can say! We have included Bagua 70% in this collection. A multi award winner, this bar was  awarded a Gold Award at the Academy of Chocolate in 2021.  Made with a single origin cacao cultivated by two farmer friends in Bagua region, in the Amazon of Peru. Lovely tasting notes of caramel and orange blossom.

SOMA Chocolate Maker is known to be one of the first bean to bar makers in Canada, starting back in 2023 with the concept of new ways to create chocolate.  They have since received well deserved accolades from all over the world for the quality and flavour of the cacao beans they chose to use to make their chocolate. Bachelors Hall, Jamaica 70% dark bar that is included here, has an interesting cacao history that is included on the packaging for your reading pleasure. Tasting notes described by SOMA as cashews, honey, cherry, wood and rum!
