Simple and pure chocolate made with 2 ingredients. The crunchy cookie texture of partially ground cacao nibs and whole sugar crystals in this bar make it a customer favourite!
Twinkle Bar Caramel Chocolate
Salted Caramel is such a customer favourite! For this bar, SOMA has caramelized the sugar and as it melts in your mouth you get the delicious flavour combination of  sugar and milk. The bar is then sprinkled with sea salt to add both crunch and a flavour twist for a sweet and salty treat.
Starry Night 62% Dark Chocolate
Made with SOMA's Dream Machine dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt from the Newfoundland Salt Company, this bar is rich in flavour, crunchy in texture, and deliciously sweet and salty. 
Dark Fire 66% Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate from the blended Dream Machine and a whole lot of flavour infusions gives this bar a lot of kick! Chili, ginger, cinnamon, orange peel, allspice and vanilla work beautifully with this rich roasted brownie-like chocolate.
Bachelors Hall, Jamaica 70% Dark Chocolate 
We do the happy dance whenever we can get this bar in the store! These Jamaican cacao beans are grown on Bachelor Hall Estates, owned by 2nd generation farmer, Desmond, on cacao trees planted in the 1800's. We love pairing this bar with Dandelion's Vineyards Barossa Shiraz because these grapes are also sourced from old vines over 100 years old and the earthy, spicy and fruity flavours are well matched with the chocolate's tasting notes of wood, honey and cherry.
Vanua, Fiji 70% Dark Chocolate
Fiji has a long history of growing cacao and recently is seeing a revival with a new generation of cacao farmers. These Amelonado beans are special due to the unique terroir of Fiji. Rich flavour of chocolate prevails with notes of honey and grapefruit.  
Mr. Salazar Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador 70% Dark Chocolate
Costa Esmeraldas is a single estate cacao farm owned by the Salazar family. Many varieties of fruit - oranges, limes, lemons, plantain, bananas and papayas are grown interspersed the cacao to reduce the erosion and to feed everyone who works the farm.  Tasting notes of lemon, bread, cherries, balsamic vinegar, brownies and green bananas.
Guasare, Venezuela 70% Dark Chocolate
After their discovery and some research it was found that the Guasare Criollo plants were unlike typical Criollo in that they were disease resistant and produced fruit pods in three years. Complex heritage Criollo flavours, easier to grow with a higher yield and huge plump seeds. Tasting notes are cream, malt, cacao, coffee, tamarind, figs.
Crazy 88%  Dark Chocolate
A dynamic extra dark bar artfully blended from three cacao origins, one in Peru and two in Ecuador. The result? A bar with so many flavour notes it will make you crazy! Tastes of black tea, balsamic vinegar, fresh cream, lemon, jasmine, apricot and toast.
