A boatload of dried BC Raspberries - over 20 berries in every bar -  organic cocoa butter and organic cane sugar.  A Silver award winning bar at the International Chocolate Awards in 2019.

Earl Grey Tea 57% Dark Milk Chocolate
A dark milk bar is made with Trinitario cacao beans from Davao, in the southern Philippines and stone ground with Sri Lankan Earl Grey tea from the Great Wall Tea Co. Floral with notes of bergamot and balanced sweetness.
Kape Espresso 65% Dark Chocolate
Philippine cacao beans meet with Philippine coffee beans to make this beautifully flavoured bar! Handmade in East Vancouver with freshly roasted coffee,  results in a chocolate bar with notes of dates, roasted chestnuts and muscovado sugar.
Davao 70% Dark Chocolate
In the foothills of Mount Taloma, in Davao, Philippines lies a land teeming with fruit and cacao trees. The cacao beans used to make this award-winning chocolate have delicate notes of honey, poached pear and toffee.
Karkar Island 70% Dark Chocolate
Handmade in East Vancouver with cacao beans from the volcanic Karkar Island off the coast of Papua New Guinea, where the cacao grows among the coconut groves. When you open this bar you will detect the unique aroma of the cacao and then taste notes of blackberry, plum and molasses.
Costa Esmeraldas 70% Dark Chocolate
The single estate cacao beans used to make this bar are grown in Emerald Coast in Northern Ecuador. The family owned farm grows unique strains of native Ecuadorian "Nacional" cacao, with flavour notes of cassis, oak and red wine.
