Macaroon Coconut Milk
Classic coconut milk chocolate, silky rich, creamy and smooth. Roasted coconut flakes tucked under the chocolate for a wonderful crunchy sensation. Made with cacao beans from Chanthaburi, Thailand.
Liquorice Coconut Milk
This multiple award winning bar is a mild flavoured blend of liquorice root, star anise and molasses style demerara sugar. Upon melt you will experience a lovely and firm liquorice flavour profile and the creamy silkiness of stone ground single origin Chanthaburi cocoa beans noted with Vietnam coconut.
Pecan Milk Chocolate Coconut Milk
Each pecan is roasted and followed by a caramelization which includes brown sugar, cinnamon and 100% pure vanilla. The crunch, the comfort feeling of home and the nutty flavour combination is perfect! Made with cacao beans from Chanthaburi, Thailand.
Salted Mocha Coconut Milk
A two time award winner, the Caffè Salted Mocha bar is made with single origin chocolate from Copan province in Honduras. Coffee infused salt is tucked under the chocolate. As it melts electric sparkles of salt will shine through with coffee notes.
Raspberry 70% Dark
Winner of a Bronze award in the International Chocolate Awards Competition - Americas in 2023 and a Silver in the Worlds, this bar is created with single origin cacao sourced from Copan, Honduras. Cacao, raspberries, black peppercorns and cacao nibs are ground together for 8 days until the mouthfeel of soft, smooth and creaminess is achieved. An incredibly luxurious bar with lots of flavour, crunch and silkiness.
Blueberry 70% Dark
Chocolate and Blueberries - a favourite combo for so many and for some reason not many makers are creating these bars. But Jacobean is! A 70% dark bar made with single origin ethically sourced cacao in Honduras, Copan Province. Soft dried, plump, whole blueberries are tucked into this craft chocolate for that lovely melody of chocolate and blueberries.
Strawberry 70% Dark
Jacobean hand picks vine ripe Newfoundland strawberries every summer. Then they are freeze dried in-house, chunked and tucked into 70% dark chocolate made from the cacao grown in the Copan province in Honduras. Every bite will remind you of warm sunny summer days!
Juniper Berries 70% Dark
Combining the fruity cacao grown in Chantaburi, Thailand with Newfoundland Juniper berries, Jacobean creates a unique hand crafted bar that is earthy and savoury. Whole berries tucked into 70% dark chocolate. Enjoy this taste of Newfoundland!
Dak Lak, Vietnam 70% Dark
Beautiful Cacao from the fertile slopes of Vietnam. Stone ground until creamy smooth, these single origin cacao beans have tasting notes of cherry, bread and brownies.
Chanthaburi, Thailand 70% Dark
Ethically sourced single origin cacao from Khlung district of Thailand, bordering Cambodia. The cocoa beans grown here have very unique flavour characteristics. Tasting notes of tropical fruits - pineapple, mango, and passion fruit, and a hint of brown sugar.
