Straight Bourbon Whisky 70% Dark Chocolate
This is the 3rd release of Dick Taylor's Barrel-Aged Chocolate line unique bar starts with soaking Belize cacao nibs in Sonoma Brothers Distilling American Oak casks of thier 3 year old straight bourbon whisky for 6 months. These delicious nibs are used to create the 70% dark chocolate bar with only cane sugar and cocoa butter added. The result is a complex bar with tones of pronounced oak and the aroma and taste of bourbon whiskey. A true one of a kind tasting experience!
Mexico Soconusco 72% Dark Chocolate
Starting with the finest, ethically sourced Mexican cacao, this single origin bar is crafted with just 2 ingredients - cacao and cane sugar. By minimizing the ingredients, the true flavour of the bean shines through. Aromas of persimmon, fudge and prune flavour notes with a molasses finish. Already a customer favourite!
