Schoki Chocolate is a small bean to bar chocolate-making company that was started by Yoann Guidi and his wife Josi in 2020. They launched Schoki because of their love for high quality chocolate, and because of their passion for the protection of the environment as well as the well-being of the cacao farmers they choose to work with. Why the name "schoki"? Schoki was named in loving memory of Yoann's Swiss German grandmother. Every time he visited his grandmother, she would ask if he wanted a “Schoki”: a small piece of chocolate. 

In 2025, Schoki Chocolate moved to Nelson, BC and now operates under the direction of Swiss Chocolatier Aurelien Sudan and his team.

All bars are  65g, gluten free, may contain traces of peanuts, soy, tree nuts and dairy.  Milk bars contain non GMO soy lecithin.

This hand crafted 49% milk chocolate bar is made with ethically sourced cacao beans from Colombia, Canadian dairy and is sprinkled with roasted B.C. hazelnuts.

Oat Milk Crispy Puffed Rice 58%
A 58% vegan oat milk chocolate bar is made with ethically sourced Colombian cacao beans, locally produced gluten free oats flour in Nelson, B.C. and organic crispy rice. Dairy Free

Chai Latte with Cacao Nibs 62%
An award winning bar 62% dark milk chocolate bar made with ethically sourced cacao beans from Colombia, non GMO Canadian milk (free of antibiotics and growth hormones), organic chai tea blend and a sprinkle of roasted cacao nibs.

Madagascar Buttermilk 62%
A single origin dark milk chocolate bar made with cacao beans from Madagascar, non-GMO Canadian Buttermilk powder (free of antibiotics and growth hormones) and organic vanilla also sourced from Madagascar.

Sea Salt Dark 70%
Made with ethically sourced cacao beans from Colombia, this 70% dairy free bar is sprinkled with Vancouver Island sea salt. 

Crunchy Mint Dark 70%
Organic peppermint in Colombian cacao, this 70% dairy free bar is then sprinkled with roasted cacao nibs for crunch.

Raspberry Dark 70%
Raspberry and chocolate are a customer favourite combo! This 70% bar is made with Colombia cacao and sprinkled with B.C. freeze dried raspberries for a crunchy texture and tart flavour. Dairy free.

Tanzania Dark 72%
Winner of a Silver award in 2024 by the International Chocolate Awards! Made with single origin cacao sourced from the Kokoa Kamili Fermentary in Tanzania, the flavour profile is cherries, berries and plum. All organic and dairy free

Nicaragua Dark 80%
A Silver award winner in 2023 by the International Chocolate Awards! Made with single origin cacao beans from Ingemann Fine Cocoa in Nicaragua, the flavour profile is berries, coffee, cherry, molasses and red wine. All organic and dairy free.
