Toscano Brown Latte
The first milk bar made by Amedei. This exclusive blend of milk produces a creamy, vanilla like flavour of milk and cream. Notes of cream, butter and white flowers.
Toscano Nut Brown Gianduja
A combination of the purest cocoa, cane sugar and large hazelnuts of the Tonda Gentile Trilobata variety, roasted in-house and finely chopped. Hazelnut and milk chocolate in every bite.
Toscano Mandorla
Described as extra dark, this 63% bar is sprinkled with Avola almonds. These almonds are recognized as premium due to their exceptional quality and delicate flavours.
Toscano Blond Fruitti Gialli 63%
A 63% dark chocolate with an unusual combination of finely chopped peaches and apricots throughout. We love this bar paired with Moscato D'Asti white wine!
Toscano Red
This 70% dark chocolate has strawberries, raspberries and cherries throughout and we have paired this bar with many light bodied red wines. Beaujolais is a perfect companion!
Toscano Black 70%
Born in 1998, Toscano Black 70 is Amedei’s very first creation: a bold blend made from select fine genetic varieties of cocoa sourced from Madagascar, Ghana, Ecuador, and Venezuela. With 70% cocoa content, it delivers a well-rounded flavor that begins with a delicate touch, then unfolds into a more structured and complex finish.
Ecuador Single Origin 77%
A round and elegant chocolate, with the explosive character of Ecuador that enhances the primeval cocoa notes. A lingering taste that combines hints of banana with a final note of toasted caramel.
