The award winning Chocolate Hazelnut spreads by Allo Simonne are the perfect addition to your breakfast and brunch, great for fruit dipping or pouring over a light dessert cake.
All spreads are made with bean to bar chocolate and a minimum of 54% organic hazelnuts roasted in house at All Simonne in Montreal, Quebec. Gluten free, peanut free, no added oil and vegan options available.
Hazelnut & Jaguar Chocolate
This spread is made with a combination of 70% Jaguar cacao and 54% hazelnuts. Jaguar cacao is an albino cacao, meaning the beans are white and have a sweeter flavour than many other cacao beans. The hazelnuts are organically grown in Oregon, where the climate is ideal for growing the world's best quality hazelnuts, roasted and ground in house for a fine, slightly crunchy addition to the chocolate. Winner of Gold at the International Chocolate Awards in Canada, and Silver at the International Awards World competition. This spread is vegan.
Hazelnut & Dark Chocolate
Also a winner at the International Chocolate Awards in Canada, this spread was awarded Silver for its fine taste. Made with 100% Zorzal bean to bar chocolate made and provided by Chocolats Monarque in Montreal. Zorzal is a cooperative in Dominican Republic that is also a bird sanctuary for the near extinct Zorzal birds that migrate there from Ontario and Quebec. The cacao has light stone fruit flavour notes and a hint of nuttiness, making it the perfect partner for the 56% addition of Oregon grown hazelnuts. This spread is vegan.
Hazelnut & Milk Chocolate
The milk chocolate spread is made with 62% hazelnuts roasted and finely ground into a creamy milk chocolate, vanilla and sea salt. Forget Nutella with its palm oil, lecithin and vanillin (which is not vanilla by the way) - the Allo Simonne hazelnut milk chocolate spread is a far tastier and better choice for spreading on a croissant or toast! This spread was also recognized by the 2019 International Chocolate Awards in Canada with a Gold award!
Hazelnut Praline
This one is for the purest, the lover of hazelnuts. With no addition of chocolate, the Hazelnut Praline is 74% hazelnut! With only the simple additions of vanilla bean and sea salt, this slightly crunchy spread is divine! And vegan as well!
