Many mass market brands are finding ways to substitute cacao with other ingredients created in the lab and meant to taste like chocolate but have no cacao ingredients. That's a big reason to taste and understand what craft chocolate is all about. Our Tastings are aimed at those who are curious about craft chocolate and boy do we have some interesting content and conversation about the difference between craft and mass produced chocolate.

Six dark chocolate bars created with single origin cacao from different countries and estates created by 6 different makers. The chocolate will be dairy, gluten and soy free.
