Peru Maranon 70% Dark Chocolate with Chanterelles
A unique combination of chocolate and chanterelles. Chanterelle mushrooms are beautiful to look at but its their flavour and texture that makes them so wonderful to add to other foods. A slight peppery flavour and lightly fruity, their addition to the Peru Maranon cocoa creates a mellow, earthy bar with notes of apricot.

The Polochic Valley is known for its heat intensity - an excellent contribution to the flavourful cacao grown there. Cacao with fruity notes and some nuttiness, sweetened with maple sugar.
