This bar is a collaboration of Dick Taylor's 55% Brazil milk chocolate made with A2/A2 whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm and ginger snap cookie from Bunches & Bunches. The perfect combo of sweet & spice with just the right snap! Orange Bourbon Pecan 65% Dark Chocolate Starting with cacao from Belize (our fave!), bourbon soaked pecans are candied with maple syrup and orange and paired with the chocolate. Inspired by a family recipe for Bourbon Pecan Pie, this bar is a seasonal favourite. Straight Bourbon Whisky 70% Dark Chocolate This unique bar starts with aging Belize cacao nibs in Alchemy Distillery's straight bourbon whisky barrels for 5 months. These delicious nibs are used to create the 70% dark chocolate bar with only cane sugar and cocoa butter added. The result is a complex bar with pronounced oak and bourbon flavours. A true one of a kind tasting experience!
