For those who like it hot, this is the collection for you! Different spices, different cocoa beans and different chocolate makers so that each of these bars is a different, heated experience.

SOMA Dark Fire is a customer favourite! A 66% dark chocolate blended from a variety of beans - referred to as SOMA Dream Machine Blend - is the base of this bar. And then the fun begins with chili, ginger, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla infused into the chocolate. Amazing combination of rich chocolate and intense spices.

McGuire’s Senor Hankito is hot! The full Guatemalan experience they say. The cocoa for this 70% bar originates from farms in Adioesmac, near Cahabon. And there is only one spice added, smoked chili from Coban. “A spicy piece of grit”!

5 Chili Bullet is chocolate with a kick! This 75% dark bar has ChocoSol’s own blend of dried chili pepper combined with allspice to give it a deliciously warm, actually very warm, flavour. Stone ground, there’s a bit of grit to the texture and with the addition of sea salt in the chocolate it makes for a spicy, slightly crunch bar.

Sweetness Chocolate’s Spicy Peanut Praline bar is a different take on spice. The base is a Dark Milk chocolate, so a little sweetness tempers the cayenne pepper that’s added, and roasted peanuts add some crunch. It’s like a seesaw of flavours with both sweet and hot working together.
