Toasted Coconut
We get a lot of requests for bars with coconut and up until now we haven't had any that included coconut pieces, rather than coconut milk, in them. This bar has large pieces of sliced coconut placed long the back of the bar, as well as coconut throughout the bar. Problem solved!
Blood Orange & Rosemary
Made with 41% milk chocolate this bar has blood orange inclusions, giving it the sweet fruity flavour of orange and berries. Locally grown rosemary from The Humble Herb adds an interesting zest to the bar!
Tart Cherry
This 70% dark chocolate bar has Montmorency cherries studded along the back of the bar. Unlike sweet cherries, the Montmorency is a tangy, tart cherry that is perfectly paired with dark chocolate.
Lavender, Toffee + Salt
A beautiful bar with a purple shine, made with 70% dark chocolate and infused with house-made crumbled toffee bits that add a pleasing crunch and toffee flavour. A light sprinkle of lavender flowers from Amethyst Hills and a touch of Newfoundland sea salt finish this unique bar.
